Steve has been my personal trainer for about 4 years. It is clear that he listens and adapts our training regime to suit changes to my circumstances.
As an example, I had a double knee replacement about three years ago. Pain was evident before the operation. Steve developed an excellent pre operation (prehab) training programme to help prepare for the post operation (rehab) period.
Steve also prepared a rehab programme which complemented the post operation physiotherapy.


Steve’s programmes definitely quickened my recovery to enable me to get back into my full range of activities.
