In the age of social media where there is an almost endless amount of information circulating, it can be difficult to know what to trust. This can make getting started very confusing!
The truth is, staying fit and healthy isn't that complicated! If you do some form of resistance training, some form of cardiovascular training, some form of flexibility training and put some attention into what you eat and drink, you'll be amazed how much progress you can make.
My goal is to help you find an approach to each of these pillars of health and fitness that is enjoyable, achievable and maintainable for the long term.
